Here at Tamasha, we take immense pride in introducing our extensive wine list,
which has been carefully designed to feature selections to balance and enhance the
flavours of our individual dishes. Our wine selection has been sourced from regions
all over the world with an emphasis on wines from India, the old and new world tastes.
We believe that the marriage of wine and food is challenging and exciting.We therefore
invite you to explore our wine list and look forward to accompanying you on this journey.

The nose is fresh but as yet unforgiving, it starts quietly on the palate, before a sudden rush of fresh flavour behind shows its class.  Vaudésir is 1 of only 7 vineyards great enough to be classified as 'Grand Cru'. Intense lime notes on the nose followed a rich ripe palate and generous spice. Pure, long, and satisfying. Chablis Grand Cru is the appellation for the highest-quality dry white wines produced around the town of Chablis, in northern-central France.

Complex, Intoxicating, seductive with fresh ripe blackberries and currant with coffee, fresh floral and liquorice and well-integrated toasted oak. It is full-bodied, muscular, focused and well-structured. The finish is long, caressing and mouth-watering, keeping you coming back for more. Excellent!
Luce Della Vite, meaning “Light of the Vine,” is one of the few wines to score above 90 in ‘Forbes Wine of the week 2011’ and Bronze medal in ‘Decanter World Wine Awards 2011’.

Bonnes Mares Grand Cru Domaine Fougeray de Beauclair, France, 2001/2 - Pinot Noir
Beau Clair’s star Grand Cru Wine: rich, opulent, deluxe.
Fruits are dense, sweet and fleshy with creamy roundness and good depth. It has great clarity, poise and presence. The aroma is fine and detailed with notes of pomegranate, minerals, violets and clay. It has gorgeous inner mouth perfume and terrific intensity. It is lacy and fine with outstanding length of flavour.

Brunello Di Montalcino, La Campana, Italy, 2003/4 - Brunello (Sangiovese)
This shows earthy vanilla aromas and a palate of dark fruits entwined with tobacco, leather and spice.
Delightful dark to brick red colour. The wine will reach to the nostrils from a distance: rich, pure cherry, perfume, liquorice, graphite and some leather. Full bodied and fleshy but surprisingly minerally and fresh. Big rounded tannins will cleanse the palate leaving a nice dry mouth feel- A rare combination of power and finesse.

Gevrey Chambertin Premier Cru Domaine Varoilles, France, 2001 - Pinot Noir
Gevrey at its finest - beautiful richness and complexity, rivalling the Grands Crus, known for its remarkable constitution with smooth tannins balancing a fine and delicate palate of liquorice and violet- A sumptuously full wine.  19/20 in Guide Fleurus des Vins

Vosne-Romanée, Louis Jadot, France, 2008 - Pinot Noir
A famous name which exhibits fullness, good perfume, weight and elegance.
Vosne Romanée is one of the smallest wine villages in Burgundy. The wines possess diverse characteristics,
but they can generally be considered having complexity and longevity beyond nearly all other wines in the world.

Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Jean Pierre Boisson, Rhône, France, 2009 - Grenache, Shiraz & 11 more!
All 13 permitted grape varieties skillfully blended by the mayor of Chateauneuf-du-Pape.
Vanilla, black pepper, earth and a floral note. Dry and tannic on the palate,
this full bodied wine is filled with raspberry, cherry and spice.

Amarone della Valpolicella Classico, Bolla, Italy, 2008 - Corvina-Rondinella
Bolla was the first winery in the Veronese region to bottle and market Amarone back in 1953, although
the tradition of using semi-dried grapes to increase the concentration of the wine goes back 1,500 years.
It is a blend of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes and matured in oak barrels for 2-3 years and a
further year in bottle. Rich, full-bodied flavours of black cherries, prunes and cedar spice are followed by a long, elegant finish.

A classic blend of sugar, Cognac, Grand Marnier
charged with Champagne.

Italian blend named after the famous Venetian artist,
Giovanni Bellini for one of his paintings. Consists of peach puree,
Peach liqueur laced with Champagne.

New Zealand Crush
Melange of strawberry liqueur, apple juice
topped with Champagne.

2 To Tango
Lose your heart to this delectable combination of strawberry
liqueur, passion fruit puree sweetened with cherry brandy
finished with Champagne.

This is a perfect drink to start off a romantic evening.
The softness of rose petal vodka unites with the sweetness of
lychee juice charmed with Champagne. Bliss!

Flower Fizz
Elderflower liqueur is spiked with Smirnoff vodka, lemon juice
and sugar creating a gallant bubbly cocktail
full of grace and flavours.

Tingling flavours of raspberry puree and raspberry liqueur

The Passionate Bubbly Couple
A harmonious blend of vanilla vodka, passoa and passion fruit
puree shaken and served in a martini glass,
accompanied with a shot of Champagne on the side.
Sip alternatively or pour the Champagne in the cocktail.
The choice is yours, the pleasure is ours!

The Royal Parade
This is not for the Faint-hearted. Bacardi superior, apricot brandy,
pineapple juice, orange juice and lime juice shaken and served
over crushed ice with a drizzle of blue curaçao & grenadine
on either side with a float of Dark Rum with a
surprise on top. Beat that!

The Bengal Tiger
Try this silky smooth blend of Bourbon whiskey with
apricot brandy, apricot jam, peach puree, lime juice, simple syrup
and a dash of egg white, hard shaken and served over crushed ice.
We created a modern classic to define the generation.

Well this cocktail is dedicated to one of the most beautiful places
in India, Ladakh, situated in north-east India. This one, for sure
should be on your itinerary on your next trip to India. The cocktail
consists of cranberry vodka, Chambord, raspberry puree,
pineapple juice, cranberry juice and dash of lime juice shaken
and served in a chilled martini glass. Serene!


‘Tam’ Hattan
Our contemporary make of this classic Manhattan cocktail.
Bourbon whiskey shaken with sweet and dry vermouth,
chocolate bitters, hint of spice served over ice finished with the
aromatic orange zest. A perfect aperitif!

Passion fruit & Ginger Martini
Smirnoff Vodka, lemongrass & ginger syrup shaken with
passion fruit puree and passoa. A great pairing
with our exquisite Indian dishes.

Exotic Margarita
The famous Mexican liquor unites with raspberry puree and
liqueur, pineapple juice, lime juice and dash of simple syrup
to give us this fruity version of Margarita.

Blue Sky
The one thing we crave for in England, Blue Sky and we’re sure
after one of this you will crave for our cocktail ‘Blue Sky’.
Blend of white rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, coconut,
cream and lime juice. Tamasha’s version of the famous
Pinacolada cocktail.

Mumbai Iced Tea
Not for the faint hearted. Concoction of all white spirits shaken
with lime and sugar served in a tall glass topped with Champagne,
finished with a blackcurrant drizzle.

Jack of Hearts
For the American whiskey lovers, Jack Daniels with
raspberry puree, Chambord, cranberry juice,
sour mix shaken and served over ice.

Tamasha has got you four variations of this popular South
American drink. Try original, ginger & lemongrass, Cinnamon
and the last one for the sweet tooth Chocolate Mojito.

Pineapple and Cardamom Martini
Freshly muddled cardamom pods shaken with pineapple juice,
lime and Smirnoff vodka shaken and fine strained into chilled
martini glass. Silky and frothy this will leave you
asking for more.

Red Riding Hood
Fresh oranges muddled with cinnamon syrup, lime juice, vodka
and pomegranate juice to create this heavenly blend, served
in a tall glass over crushed ice. It tastes as exotic as it sounds.

A classic Brazilian drink made with the Brazilian rum,
Cachaça, freshly muddled lime and sugar served over crushed ice
finished with a dash of club soda.

Simply Divine
A melange of gin, peach schnapps, peach puree,
grapefruit juice, lime juice and sugar syrup served over crushed
ice in a tall slim glass. The magic of gin!

Mystic Kashmir
Silver tequila, sweet vermouth, pink grapefruit juice,
sour mix, dash of egg white shaken and served in a sea salt
rimmed martini glass. A perfect start for your dinner.

Smirnoff vodka, strawberry puree, strawberry liqueur, freshly
squeezed lime juice and a dash of Limoncello. A velvety,
tingling illusion that blankets your taste buds.

Berry Choco Pud
Dark rum, chocolate liqueur, raspberry puree and lychee juice
shaken and served in a chilled martini glass with a layer of
cream floated on top with chocolate shavings.

After 8
Baileys, crème de menthe and Kahlua layered in a shot glass to
create this famous chocolate as a shooter!
Definitely one to go for after your meal!

Twisted Coffee
A perfect blend for a after dinner coffee. Vanilla vodka, Kahlua,
hazelnut liqueur and a shot of espresso shaken and served chilled
in a martini glass. With or without milk FOAM, its your choice.

Spiced Apple
Apple schnapps, Calvados, white and dark chocolate liqueur and
apple juice shaken to perfection served in a martini glass with a
float of cream on top finished with grated nutmeg. Fruity,
creamy and yummy!

American Beauty
Our very own signature homemade Bourbon whiskey
infusion of vanilla, cinnamon and star anise stirred with
brown sugar, chocolate bitters, orange liqueur and vermouth
served over ice finished with orange zest.

Spicy, colourful, aromatic, tasty, strong and warm just like
a Bollywood flick.Something to warm you from inside out is this
special offering of Cognac, Indian spices, honey,
orange, lime and lemon zests and raisins.


Long Kiss
Raspberries, lychees, mango and cranberry blended and
served over crushed ice.

Memsaab Mary
Tomato juice spiked with Indian spices, Tabasco,
Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, roasted cumin
